A 13 year old girl in the hospital had her scrapbook supplies stolen. Here in Portland there is quite a problem with meth addicts and the crimes that are associated with it. I hope someday the powers that be will figure out a way to combat that epidemic.

I heard this story and it broke my heart. How anyone could steal scrapping supplies is beyond me. It's just plain sad.
