Candy Box

Today I have a new candy box to share. This box was so easy and fun to make. You can find the tutorial to make it here. You can make them in many differnt sizes, but I chose to use a piece of 5"x10" cardstock to make mine. Another good thing about these boxes is they can hold good amount of candy depending on the size you make. I used DCWV pp, Martha Stewart stamps, my cricut to cut out the oval, and a sweet little red flower. I hope you take the time and try to make one too. I think it took me around 30 minutes to complete the entire box.

Christmas Card to Match My Tags

Here is the card I made to match my tags. I just used some of my scraps from the project and my new Martha Stewart Stamps. The white paper has "Merry Christmas" on it, but you can't see it on the picture because it is stamped in gold.
Have a great Friday night,

Christmas Tags

These are a few of the Christmas tags that I made to send to Stacey at AMR. She will be giving these tags to another lady so she can put them on presents for little children. I hade so much fun making these. When I completed all of them I had a total of 22 tags. I actuall had enough scrap cardstock to make all of the Christmas Tags. This picture only shows 3 of the tags. I just made duplicates of each of the three tags. I also made a card that matched the tags. I will post a picture of it later on this week.

A Thanksgiving and Christmas Card to Share

Today I have two new cards to share. One is for Thanksgiving and the other is for Christmas. I have made more cards that look just like this one to give to my family members on Thanksgiving. This will be the most I do for Thanksgiving. Now that I have things out of the way for Thanksgiving I can focus on Christmas. I have plenty to do for Christmas. I have already made 1 of the 15 treat boxes I have to make. Here is one of the cards I have made. To make this card I used my new set of Martha Stewart stamps, DCWV PP, white cardstock, brown ink, platnium stickles, and diamond stickles. I don't know about everyone else, but I am so happy that the Holidays are almost here. This is my favorite time of year. Have you noticed that they already have Christmas commercials on?

Criss Cross Halloween Cards

Hi,

I have a new Halloween Criss Cross card to share with you today. I only made two though. One was for my grandparents and the other was for my parents. I had so much fun working on these. I will never forget last Christmas when I first started making the Criss Cross Card. I messed up do many times, but now I have no problem. I was messing up because I would cut the sides wrong. It made me so mad. I wasted so much good cardstock last year because of my mess ups.
I am so happy that Halloween is almost over. I know I sound crazy, but I love decorating for Christmas and working on all of my projects. It is actually trying to snow right now. You can see a few snowflakes every once in a while. It makes me so happy. It is only supposed to be 41 degrees tomorrow. Yeah!!!

Just One of Those Special Days

Today was one of those special days for me. It all began when I got up this morning and it was only 35 degrees outside. (yes I love it when it is cold) Then I went shopping today. I had so much fun. While I was shopping I bought the new DCWV Glitter Christmas Stack, 6 spools of Christmas ribbon, some Martha Stewart Glue (I thought I would try it for 2.98), some of my regular adhesive that I use, and the new November/December issue of Paper Crafts Magazine.
I also enjoyed looking through all of Christmas stuff at Wal-Mart. Believe it or not I began some of my Christmas Shopping today. Yes, I know for some people this is a late start, but for me it is a very early start. Quess what else, I have already begun watching Christmas movies. The other night I was making Halloween treat boxes and watching a Christmas movie.
Tonight I plan on making some Halloween cupcakes for my Sunday School Class. I will try to post some pictures of my Treat boxes and cupcakes tomorrow sometime.

Have a Great Saturday Evening,

New Card and ATC

Today I have two new things to share with you. One is a card and one is a Halloween ATC (Artist Trading Card). I made the card about a week ago, but I have not had a chance to upload it. For this card I used DCWV pp and DCWV cardstock. The stamps "HI" is by Heidi Swapp and the flower stamps are Scrappy Cat. I'm not really sure about the ribbon, flower, and brad. I recieved the ribbon from one of the ladies at AMR for a RAK. (Nicole) Now on to the Halloween ATC. I made the Halloween ATC earlier today. This ATC will also be going to one of the ladies at AMR, but I will name any names. I want it to be a surprise for that person. These are also the stamps that I bought at JoAnn's. I have been using those a lot. They are my favorite Halloween stamps that I have. I used yellow Stickles for the eyes of the ghosts.

Oh! I almost forgot. Tomorrow is World Card Making Day. I hope you have fun making cards. Even if you are like me and you are going to stay home and work on your Holiday Cards.
